Training Canadian Physicians in Standardized Prolotherapy Injection Techniques
HELD IN A WORLD-CLASS CADAVER LAB, ANNUALLY IN APRIL.
Advocating for the use of ultrasound guidance for all axial/spinal injections, and optional ultrasound use for peripheral injections. This is not an ultrasound training event, but also an opportunity to improve ultrasound skills in the lab while learning novel injection techniques.
This education applies equally to prolotherapy, platelet-rich
plasma or any other MSK injections. While our mandate is chiefly to Canadian physicians, 10% of participants can be NDs or NPs.
This is a much-anticipated workshop with a waiting list every year.

Training Canadian Physicians in Standardized Prolotherapy Injection Techniques
THIS WORKSHOP IS FULL FOR 2025
The course includes mini-lectures on anatomy, palpation-based diagnostic skills, and supervised injections in the anatomy lab. We run a periphery MSK and a spine track, and many of our attendees choose both tracks over two years.
For the spine track ultrasound guidance is mandatory in the lab. For the periphery track, ultrasound is optional although a number of participants choose to use it. This workshop is equally relevant to prolotherapy, platelet-rich
plasma or any other MSK injections. For additional details please read our Workshop Information Letter.
